By submitting an application through our platform, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. Visa Processing & Immigration Submission

Visa applications involve government processing, immigration systems, third-party fees, administrative handling, and operational costs.

IMPORTANT:Once a visa application has been reviewed and submitted to the immigration authority or government system, the application becomes NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Immigration and government fees are considered consumed once processing begins.

2. Before Immigration Submission

Refund requests may only be considered BEFORE the application is officially submitted to immigration authorities.

3. Visa Rejection

VEEZO does NOT guarantee visa approval.

  • Service fees

remain NON-REFUNDABLE once the application has been submitted.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Refunds will NOT be provided if delays, rejection, or cancellation result from:

  • Incorrect information
  • Fake or altered documents
  • Expired passports
  • Missing documents
  • Failure to meet visa requirements
  • Failure to respond to additional document requests

Applicants are fully responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.

5. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are made accidentally for the same application, customers must contact us immediately.

Verified duplicate transactions may qualify for partial or full refund review.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimately processed visa applications may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Cancellation of pending applications
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable

Customers are encouraged to contact VEEZO support directly before initiating disputes.

7. Processing Time Disclaimer

Processing times shown on the website are estimated only.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Public holidays
  • Embassy processing
  • Additional verification procedures
  • Government system interruptions

8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is exceptionally approved:
